San Jose Center of Performing Arts
Located on the corner of West San Carlos Street and Almaden Boulevard, the Center for the Performing Arts was designed by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. The theater features continental seating with 2,665 seats and can accommodate up to 10 wheelchair seats.
This outdoor amphitheater is home to 35 or 40 concerts a year. It has the capacity of 22,000 including 15,500 lawn seating.
When former San Francisco mayor and U.S. Senator James Phelan died in 1932, he left his home, the beautiful Villa Montalvo, for the development of the arts. It now features some of the best-produced concerts and children's plays.
Winchester Mystery House
