Meetings and Events

Larkspur Hotel Truckee-Tahoe offers a variety of spacious meeting and event space complete with A/V equipment, ideal for training sessions, team-building events and company retreats.  

The Tahoe Room is perfect for larger events with 945 square feet and seats for up to 80 guests in which to move and mingle.  It’s an excellent space for conferences, birthday or anniversary celebrations, receptions and Quinceañeras.  For smaller meetings and events, our Donner Room provides 150 square feet for up to six guests.

If you’re serving appetizers or dinner, Larkspur Hotel Truckee-Tahoe offers a range of catering services including cuisine from Mountain Burrito Company, the tasty eatery inside the hotel.
